 Sampling - Sample order processing and dispatch co-ordination of Roll, Sheet and Sheet Folders.
 MIS and Information sharing - Update sample file and provide dispatch details to sales/customer on daily basis.
 Inventory maintenance - Safety stock maintenance of sample inventory of Roll and Sheet. Also, make and dispatch
Offset sheet item folder.
 Invoicing - LPM, GRS, Tape, Export, Scarp, Sample-all
 Order processing - Process regular orders andFollow up/co-ordinate/highlight order related query/information with
customer/sales.
 Performa Invoice - Prepare and mail PI to customer and sales.
 Follow-ups and co-ordination - Follow up with the customers and sales team for variety of road permits and also
provide invoice/shipment/dispatch related information.
 Road Permit maintenance - Maintain road permits of all customer and update the file. Also, inform customer as and
when required in advance.
 Co-ordination - Co-ordinate with internal team like, production, dispatch, logistics etc for shipment/invoice related
concerns.
 Answer customer and internal calls promptly & communicate with customers in a timely manner.
 Maintain appropriate documentation and reporting to enable and monitor corrective actions and measure
key performance metrics
