For finding the difficulties and their solution , I have done the exploratory research . I went to the different organization and tried to sell the the different IT products according to their requirement and noted down their needs , demands and the question asked by them. We tried out to find the solution of the problem if they have faced. We tried to recommend them the best solution which we can provide, and we note their reaction. From this type of case analysis I tried my best way to increase the business and profit of my organization. After gone through all the cases I came to the conclusion that every company wants economical product which suits to the company’s budget, full fills all the requirements and work above the expectations. Sourcing:
Evaluate current supplier and potential suppliers in coordination with supplier quality teams.
Negotiate with suppliers to meet quality and cost objectives.
Purchase:
Purchase raw materials used for manufacturing from local vendors
Make sure that the raw materials reach the factory before the production date
Production:
Close co-ordination with the factory and the production floor when the production happens,
check for the quality and inspect the Cartons and make sure all are fine.
Logistics:
Get sailing schedule from the Logistics team and ask them to book the container

EOL excess management:
Coordinating with Purchasing and Procurement teams on excess material after program ramp
down.
Owner for scrapping process for excess stock, which includes, verifying claims of supplier on
Nokia liable stock, raising scrap tickets for approval from business owners, releasing POs
and following up on supplier for liability payments and credit notes if any.
Resolving liability claims with supplier’s coordination with purchasing managers and ramp
down team.
Inventory management – clearing inventory at Nokia hub.
Excess Resale – Involved in selling off excess, damaged and inventory stock.
Sourcing:
Sourcing and coordinating with new brokers in reselling the excess, negotiate price and
getting payment and arrange for shipment for the goods to the brokers (end to end) by
coordinating with the Logistics team.
