❑ INTERIOR & TECHNICAL DESIGNS AND DETAILING
❖ Coordinate with the CRM to receive the Interior Specifications agreed by the Clients for their office (Workstation specs, Wall Color, Carpet, furniture, electrical points etc.)
❖ Design the Interior based on client requirement and with standard specifications.
❖ Coordinate with project team/Interior Design vendor to execute requirements of clients in terms of furnishings and fixtures.
❖ Instruct and guide the Design Team in creating the most optimal Reflected Ceiling Plan, Elevation drawings, HVAC drawings, Flooring plans etc.
❖ Review and provide approval of final Reflected Ceiling Plan, Elevation drawings, HVAC drawings, Flooring plans etc. Coordinate regularly with the CRM, Procurement and Projects Team to receive
project.
❖ status updates, identify risks and manage emerging issues.
❖ Share the approved RCP to the HVAC vendor and follow up for the Final designs and get the same reviewed and approved.
❖ Work out the Flooring plans basis specific inputs from Clients (Wall Color, Carpet, furniture, electrical points etc.) Work out the Elevation drawings of all the partitions.
❖ Timely On-the-go updating of Designs basis Site conditions and complications
❖ Cost effective Material selections for the designed interiors.
❑ BUILDING INSPECTION AND STRATEGIC SPACE PLANNING
❖ Site inspection to measure and understand the efficiency of a building in terms of Column positioning,Well defined shafts, Shape of the building, Power sanction, location of lifts, location of entrance etc.
❖ Builder's Area Verification with the help of existing drawings and through Onsite verification Identification of floor plan efficiency by creating initial Test Fit
❖ Optimize space efficiency through design and Test Fits
❖ Coordinate with the Management for approval of designs in terms of space planning and costing.
