COST OF PROJECT : 70 million USD.
PROJECT PROFILE
→ Construction of 10 m wide and total of 350 m long approach trestles with 125 Nos of Bored cast in situ concrete
Piles of 1.2 m dia up to the depth of 40 meter.
→ Construction of Main jetty 20 m wide and total of 350 m long with 275 Nos of Bored cast in situ concrete piles of
1.3 m dia up to the depth of 60 meter.
→ Construction of Backup facility buildings with 730 No’s of Bored cast in situ Piles
→ Pre casting and Erection of Pile-muff, Long beams, Cross beams using crane barge.
→ Construction of Concrete Roads, Culverts, Drains and Water tanks in Sittwe and Paletwa site.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
→ Successfully Completed 2 Numbers of Port Jetty and Facility buildings with 1130 no’s of Marine and Land piles
up to the dia of 1300 mm and to the max depth 60 meter for Sittwe and Paletwa Project sites.
→ Analyzing and Implementing of drawings and contracts to manage facilities as per the client’s need and
parameters.
→ Preparation of BBS for reinforcement and approving it by clients to acquire the next stage of progress
→ Familiar with the Special construction methods in the market for piling activity.
→ Mobilization of the equipment & tools and allocating them according to the project requirement and logistic plan
→ Responsible for the production target as per the POW (Program of Work)
→ Planning and arranging the Daily manpower and equipment according to the task list.
→ Liaising with client, Design Consultant, Subcontractor and External Agencies for determining technical
specifications approvals and obtaining the statutory clearance.
→ Preparing reconciliation statement for Concrete and Reinforcement.
→ Preparing RFI’s, Pour cards and get it approved from client.
→ Checking pile for Bore depth and Verticality.
→ Reinforcement cage preparation and Checking.
→ Checking for Bentonite flushing and continue flushing up to attain the required density.
→ Giving Concrete requisition to Quality department or Plant in advance to arrange concrete production as per
schedule.
→ Conducting Load tests on Piles such as Dynamic load test, Static load test, Lateral load test and Non Destructive
testing’s to ensure the capacity of Pile.
→ Casting of precast elements like beams, slabs and pile caps etc, activities including shuttering, reinforcement
binding, concreting, de shuttering, curing and stacking etc.
→ Referring drawings and raising requirement indent for Inserts like SS Plates, Bolts etc.
→ Erecting the precast elements on respective grids of the jetty
→ Proper selection of vibrators, needle vibrator as well as Shutter vibrators to ensure good compaction throughout the
Element while concreting.
→ Familiar with all type of soil tests like SPT Test, Plate load test, Core cutter test etc to find out the character of
soil for next level progress.
→ Did Bored cast in situ pile with drilling fluid such as bentonite and polymer and familiar with fluid tests
→ Familiar with IS, BS and ASTM Standards.
→ Preparation of Daily progress reports, concrete pre-pour check list & Concrete post pour check lists etc to monitor
the progress daily.
→ Doing Site inspection and Quality inspection in all works.
→ Preparing and maintaining the documents as per ISO Standard and getting approval from client and consultant.
→ Have experience in fixtures such as fenders, Bollards, hand rail and rail fixing at the final stage of jetty
→ Co-ordinate with plant department regarding overall maintenance of machineries includes Bar Bending machines
Bar Cutting machines, Winch machines, Drilling Rigs, Concrete pumps, JCB, Dumpers, Crane trucks, Transit
mixers etc.

→ Construction of offshore container terminal Berth with the size of 700 m length and 58 m width.
→ Construction of “Y” shape approach with around 1.2Km in length.
→ Construction of 1200 dia Bored cast in situ concrete piles 1200 Numbers.
→ Precasting and Erection of Muffs, Beams and Slabs using launching girder and crane barges.
→ Construction of facility buildings and Container yard.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

depth of 50 meter by using drilling fluid and long casings.
