Korea.

Modification and Repairs for all types of MODU’s owned by both private interests as
well as most of the major offshore drilling contractors in the world.

pre-regulatory requirements prior to actual Agency Surveys. Outline and execute a
full plan to ensure a smooth and action free final inspection is achieved.

Project Manager over a small team for the evaluation of a Tender Assisted Drilling rig in
Singapore. Review and confirm all Regulatory SPS items and develop the scope of
work. Assemble a package for the client to include an independent survey as well as
compilation of all pricing from shipyards and equipment vendors. Upon presentation to
the client a determination can then be made as to whether or not it is financially feasible
for the client to purchase this asset. Phase I completed.
• 2014
Project Manager, Newfoundland, Canada. (Independent Contractor)
The scope of work to ensure the admittance of a state of the art semi-submersible into
Eastern Canadian waters to drill for an International Oil concern. Tasked with ensuring
that all regulatory and Compliance requirements are met for ABS and The Canadian
Newfoundland and Labrador Oil Ministry to drill immediately without delay upon arrival.

Regulatory and Compliance upgrades and modifications to a state of the art newbuild
drillship entering US Waters.
Ensure all outstanding scopes of work are completed per ABS, US Coast Guard as well

Vessel delivered 45 days ahead of schedule with minimal punch items.
Responsible for the management of the overall construction project and all Discipline
Engineering Team and Support Personnel.
• Involved in final negotiations between Samsung (builder) and Etesco / J-4 (owner)
prior to signing of contract.
• Ensured the vessel would be constructed per the contact and ensured it would be
built to the Brazilian specifications.
• Opened project office and hired all Korean local content
• Made all preparations for arrival of Project Team
• Prepared Project Execution Manual
• Visited any and all outside contractors, fabricators and etc., for evaluation.

art Jack-up rigs. Project Value approximately One Billion US Dollars

All four jackups were delivered ahead of schedule.
Owner was originally TMT out of Taiwan and eventually the vessels were acquired by
Vantage Drilling, a then start-up Drilling Contractor from Houston, Texas
A number of items were manufactured and fabricated in both China and Thailand
yards.
All outsourcing facilities and workmanship were inspected by the Project Manager
personally on a regular basis. All rigs were delivered ahead of schedule and within
cost constraints.

• Implemented Safety Program and arranged for bridging documents where the
shipyard safety fell short. Participated in Shipyard safety meetings as well as project
meetings.
