JOB PROFILE IN DUBAI, UAE: BHIS ENGINEER (SIEMENS)
Control all operations and maintenance activities in the respective area of BHS to
ensure Automation (PLC) system availability according to demand and Meet TargetedKPI in
respective area. Handel a team of 6 Supervisors and 50 Lead-/Technicians (electrical /
mechanical) and Maintenance/FiledOperators per shift to keepMaterial handling system
healthy.
 Monitor BHS SCADA &CCTV and ensure the smooth operation of the system with the
close coordination of the clients and field Capable to handle logistics management
System and maintenance management systems.Knowledge about airport baggage
security systems such as HBS, EDS and CTX .Avoid delays of flights by ensuring
proper process of baggage in time
 Monitoring staff attendance; arranging tool box talks & daily briefing, allocation and
reallocation of manpower to suit site requirements.
 Effectively troubleshoot, test, repair, fault find and diagnose failures on PLC’S, field
devices & SCADA (Siemens S7 200, S7300, S7400 and Profibus networks).

 Supervising the execution of Operation and Maintenance work orders (Preventive,

Engineer/ Manager Operation and Maintenance.
 Responsible for testing &Inspecting Profibus communication between Master and slave
protocol.
 Making Regular inspection Report on S7 300 plc based cubical bus Main Distribution
panels.
 Monitoring and Reporting Profibus signal level of FDB, SMDB panels using Profit race.
 Commissioning, Inspection and testing of Micro master 440 drives based Transporting
Unit
 Installing and testing Sinamics G120D, MM411 drive based high speed transporting
unit.
 Responsible for slave (et200s, ECOFAST &ET200 ECO, ASI) expansion under Profibus
DP master system.
