 Mini project : Accident Avoider using PIR Sensor.
 Final Year Project : Smart ABC System For Four Wheelers Using
Embedded Systems.
DESCRIPTION:
To replace the old system of each pedal for accelerator,
brake and clutch in four wheelers and also to reduce the tension by reducing the work
load to drivers at heavy traffic is the main moto of this system. Here accelerator, clutch
and brake will be connected in a single smart pedal and there is no any mechanical
linkage from the pedal to any system but there is a sensor to sense the movement of the
pedal and there will be a microcontroller to control any of the system which is
electrically connected to it and the device will be programmed in such a manner to
control all the accelerator, break, and clutch with the respective movement of the single
smart pedal. This will very much useful to reduce the confusions at tensed situations so
that we can reduce the accident rate and death rate, by using this smart pedal activating
clutch is very much simple, it reduces the complexity, and it is smart and simple.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Commissioning Operation and Maintenance at Flue Gas Desulphurization(FGD)
process which is the process for removing sulphur from Flue Gas.
 Commissioning of Field Instruments like Pressure Gauge, Transmitter etc.
 Co-ordinate withClients fromSaudi Electricity Company for the proper running
of the projects.
 Operation and Control process for all FGD equipments such as Oxidation Air
Blower, Absorber Spray Pumps, Gas-Gas Heater, FGD And BYPASS Flue Gas
Dampers, Sampling Pumps for checking and maintaining pH and DO value for
Sulphur mixed water.
 Operating and Commissioned Damper Seal Air Fan, Seal Air Fan which are used
for sealing in Dampers and GGH to avoid flue gas leakage.
 Controlling And Maintaining FGD inlet pressure by using HIGH PRESSURE
WATER MOTOR and SOOTBLOWING process for cleaning the GGH to reduce the
pressure in FGD system.
 Conducted Internal Load Test and Function test in all FGD units.
 Responsible for other activities assigned such as loop checking, tags and switch
gears.
 Responsible for both HMI and LOCAL log sheets which gives perfect status of all
FGD equipments.
 Inspecting all the local and HMI and preparation of punch list.

SCR process.
 Conducted ASH HANDLING and TRUCK UNLOADING of ASH from SILO.
 Ensures the proper care and maintenance of all equipments and that proper
