learning about future career,preparing for full

• Name of organization – haldiram’s food private
limited
Haldiram's has its roots established in 1937 in
the form of a small retail Sweet &Namkeen
shop in Bikaner, Rajasthan, a small but
significant town in the That Desert. Shree
Shivkisan Agrawal, the founder of Haldiram's
always cherished the dream of building an
empire, manufacture traditional
sweets/namkeens, leave a mark on every
- Haldiram’s is a major Indian sweets and snacks
manufacturer based in nagpur , maharshtra , India .
- The company has its various branches in nagpur
,new delhi, kolkaa and bikaner .
- Haldiram products are exported to worldwide,
including sri lanka ,united kingdom,united states
,kanada , australia , new zealand , japan , thailand
and others
The compilation of data collected under the topics
that were covered in the course Production Plan and
Control is the final section of this report.
PRODUCTS OF HALDIRAM’S
Haldiram’s offers a wide range of products of
its customers. the product range includes
namkeens, sharbats, sweets, bakery itms, dairy
product, chips, papad and icecreams.
Namkeens contribute approx 60 % of its total
revenue .
Haldirams competes on the basis of numrous
factors including brand recogniton due to
distinct packaging , product quality ,traditional
taste and authentic indian flavor.

WHAT I LEARN :-
Week one – I had learned what job satisfaction
is and its features.
Week two – I had learned the different level of
job satisfaction among the employees of
haldiram food private ltd.
Week three -I had learned job satisfaction
also helps the employees in attaining
personal growth and optimizing the
utilization of human resource that further
helps the employee to achieve the
organizational goals as well as their

Week five – I had learned job satisfaction among
different employee.
Week six-I had learned job skills program helps to
expand the horizons of human intellect and an
overall personality of the employees.

I understand personnel files management
