Backstage view is where you have to click is you want to print, save it, close, info, recent,
new, help, and options.

CHANGING AND ORGANIZING DOCUMENTS VIEWS

Word enables you to open existing files in one of three forms: as an original document, as a
copy of a document, or as a read-only document.

To open existing documents from target location such as a USB flash drive, hard drive,
network location, desktop, CD, DVD, or portable device.

The view of tab on the ribbon have groups of commands for document views, show, zoom,
window, and macros.

Word has five document view options:

   1.   Print layout: is a default view.
   2.   Full screen reading: view is made for reading documents onscreen.
   3.   Web layout: view shows how the document would look as a web page.
   4.   Outline: view display the document as an outline.
   5.   Drafts: view is strictly for editing text.


        SEARCHING WITHIN A DOCUMENT
        Word´s find command is located in the navigation pane in the show group on
        the view tab, as well as on the home tab in the editing group.
        In the home tab in the editing group, the drop-down arrow by the finds
        bottom displays a menu that contains the find, advances find, replace, and go
        to commands.



USING THE GO TO COMMAND TO NAGATIVE A LONG DOCUMENT

In a longer document, you may need to move through the document more quickly
than is possible by scrolling.

Using the go to command will jump to a specific page, table, graphic, equation, or
other item in your document.
