Word allows users to view documents in different ways through options on the View tab, including changing to Full Screen, Web Layout, Outline, or Draft views. It also lets users manipulate windows by adding or adjusting rulers, page size, window arrangement, or splitting the document view. Additionally, the Navigation Pane enables browsing and searching within a document.

document you can access related commands on the view tab.
Word provides opinions to change a documents onscreen
appearance by viewing the document in Full Screen, Web
Layout, Outline and Draft views. Adding horizontal rulers, vertical
rulers, or gridlines; increasing or decreasing the documents page
size; arranging the document windows; viewing the document
side by side; or splitting the document can also change the view
on the screen. In addition, the Navigation Pane provides opinions
for browsing and concluding a search in a document.
