1.  Warehouse Coordinator
- Movement, allocation, distribution and delivery of goods in transit through the warehouses of
Zoetis Medolla Manufacturing site to the final destination stores
- Requisitioning and receiving of materials according to the production plan, in compliance with GMP
rules and operating procedures
- Personnel mngmnt (two units)
- Shipping documents preparation/check
- Mngmt of unplanned arrivals and delayed deliveries
- Identification of storage areas specific to selected goods
- Inspection of forklifts
- Accounting operations on validated Company management system
 Supply Chain Sr Expert:
- Production planning and supply
- Materials purchase (incl. APIs)
- Daily control/alignment of planning systems
- Preparation of Budget volumes
- Contacts with the suppliers
- Customer Service for specific Markets (UK, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Ireland, Poland, Hungary, Portugal,
Finland)
- Inventory control (finished goods and raw materials)
- Supply Chain Agreement review
- Preparation of reports (Metrics/Balance Score Card, Best Estimate, Supply & Demand, Inventory of
API, finished goods, Intermediates)
- Codification of materials/finished goods/suppliers
- BOM upkeeping
- Change Controls
 Wastes Mngmnt
- Responsible for mngmt of Site wastes from collection to transport and disposal in agreement with
regulations, liaising with intermediary.
 Artworks Plant Coordinator
- Responsible for working with Market Regulatory in determining the scope of the artworks change
(all of the components and Finished Goods) as well as populating all of the specific plant
information - Raising a change request in APS and determine all of the take out markets in order
to provide notification through the change request.
