Operation
Lead 125 member team as Account Manager of a drilling company, Seadrill in a complex
environment where IBM was responsible for AMS, Capgemini for service desk & HP for infrastructure.
- Generated 33% more revenue and 6.80% more profit than planned by resolving 42% more
tickets and 60% more CR work against the baseline.
- Achieved 99.10% of response and 90.61% of resolution SLA against the target of 90%
Worked as the Critical Situation manager for an on-going support project for Abbott. Involved during
an escalation with huge backlog and dissatisfaction from the users. Presented an action plan for 2
months to the client and achieved the following:
- 74% reduction of backlog tickets (tickets aged > 15 days), 51% reduction of pending ticket
status, 60% reduction of backlog minor enhancement.
Spearheaded a Software Factory for a Italian bank MPS, where IBM helped to transform their old
legacy core banking system to a SOA based Web application. More than 110 resources were engaged
in various service engagements in a capacity based factory model.

Setup an Offshore Delivery Center for SIAM Commercial Bank, a large bank in Thailand, to achieve
their long term strategy of improving the quality of their IT delivery for better customer satisfaction.
Engaged in a critical situation with huge escalation to manage a complex system integration project
