registration.
Step 3: Through the link date and time for the counselling can be
booked
Step 4: He will receive confirmation SMS and E-mail
Step 5: He will receive call from the Counsellor on booked date and
time

14. Confirmation SMS and Email sent to the patient
Counselling Call: Patient will receive counselling call at the fixed date and time from the
counsellor. Diet Chart based on the counselling will follow the counselling.

15. Counselling can be cancelled two hours prior to scheduled timings

1. Counselling is non –transferable and can only be availed by the person on whose
name package is purchased
2. Counselling can be availed only once
3. If counselling is not attended or cancelled on booked slot it will considered as
availed.
4. Appointment can be cancelled at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment
time if not it will considered as availed.
5. Counselling can be availed within a period of 1 month from the date of purchase
CANCELLATION POLICY:

Answer: No, sir/mam it’s a telephonic consultation. You will get a call from the counselor, at the time when you
will fix up the session.
Question: Do I have to pay something?
Answer: No, it is an included service in your package itself. You don’t have to pay anything.
Question: How long will the session take?
Answer: It will be a 15-20 session. It will also depend on your queries. During this session we will discuss about
your reports, diet based on your food habits and reports and other parameters to improve your lifestyle and overall
health.
Question: Do you provide Doctor Consultation also?
Answer: No, we have a certified team of diabetes counselor.
Question: When will we get counselling?
Answer: Counselling will be given to you on the slot time booked by you
