The couple Atty. Regina and Plaridel dela Cruz saw potential in starting a buko pie business after enjoying buko pie during trips to visit their daughter in school. They learned how to make buko pie from an experienced baker and saw success as production increased from 20 pies per day initially to 50 boxes. Their business grew with the opening of additional branches in Tagaytay and other locations, finding success in catering to native delicacies.
