implementation of strategies. Major achievements:
 Bangladesh Cluster focal for implementing Maersk Line strategy. Successfully implemented
strategies aimed at streamlining operations, improving profitability, enhancing decision making
agility through process improvements, digitization and organization restructuring.
 Devised trade strategy for exports to Intra-Gulf and Africa locations that delivered sustainable
market share in 2015. Partnered with Trade and Marketing team to execute business plan for North-

 Cluster focal for Detention income. Process improvements, tariff review and a robust control
mechanism implementation on waiver process have resulted in additional DET revenue of USD 4

 IQ (Invoice Quality) focal for Bangladesh. Achieved 100% IQ performance for the last three
consecutive years which was the best globally and received IQ award in 2014.
 Successfully deployed a new Operating System for commercial organization with daily, weekly and
monthly cycles, to ensure efficient operations while increasing speed of information flow and agility
