This document summarizes a survey conducted on consumer behavior regarding Cinthol soap. The survey aimed to study awareness levels, perceptions, satisfaction, and loyalty towards Cinthol and other soap brands. Key findings include: 1) 30% of respondents preferred Cinthol soap; 2) 50% of Cinthol customers were satisfied; and 3) 56% of customers reported being loyal to the Cinthol brand. The survey found that price and quality were the most important factors influencing customers' buying decisions.
