War doch in den guten alten Zeiten des Wasserfalls das Ergebnis eindeutig und mit Meilensteinen in einem Pflichtenheft dokumentiert.
In diesem Vortrag wenden die oben erwähnten Rollen ihr agiles Wissen und Erlerntes aus ihren persönlichen Arbeitserfahrungen an. Unerwartet scheinen die agilen Methoden nicht zu wirken und vermeintlich etablierte Prozesse passen nicht. Projekte sind in Gefahr und bereits in einem kritischen Status, sei es durch Zeit- , Budget-, oder Ressorucenknappheit.
Plötzlich scheinen Prozesse, die man in anderen Teams oder Unternehmen erfolgreich eingesetzt hat, nicht zu greifen. Das Team wirkt uneinsichtig und scheint zu blockieren. Mit guten Absichten versucht der Teamleiter den Teamprozess nach seinem Vorgaben zu formen. Jedoch fruchtet seine Vision von agilem Projektmanagement nicht.
Dieser Vortrag berichtet von Fallbeispielen, wie man trotz der Widerstände dem agilen Weg folgen und dabei das Team für sich gewinnen kann. Am Ende werden Impulse gegeben, wie man ein Team zur Selbstorganisation führen kann.
Bezug zum Management: Dieser Vortrag ist aus der Sicht eines Teamleiters mit Führungsaufgaben konzipiert. Bezüge zum Management werden einerseits aus der Kommunikation des Teamleiters mit seinem Team und andererseits der Kommunikation des Teamleiters zu seinem Manager oder dem C-Level genommen.
Es werden Argumentationen und Strategien gezeigt, um an den agilen Methoden festzuhalten, diese auszubauen und ein Scheitern in ein normales Arbeits- und Lernergebnis umzuwandeln.
