Distress -considered as negative,

Neustress - has no direct
consequence or effect on the person.

Low energy, headaches, upset
stomach, body pains, insomnia,
frequent colds, loss of sexual
desire, shaking, cold or sweaty
hands and feet, dry mouth, and
grinding teeth.
