Companies need to figure out the current customer journey, the role of self service, their data strategy and much more. In April 2014 I conducted a global study on the future of customer relationships in collaboration with data collection company SSI and translation agency No Problem!. The study looks into all aspects of a modern customer relation. This deck describes the highlights of the study.
Technology is changing customer relations rapidly. You see that technology is becoming invisible, technology is creating new experiences for customers, technology is democratizing the world and technology is making customer relations more transparant than ever. These evolutions have a big impact on doing business. In this presentation, I give guidelines for your customer strategy in the day after tomorrow. How to create a future proof customer strategy? It is build on 5 pillars: mobile first, data expertise, platform thinking, boundless experiences and customer collaboration.
The ideas that zoom in on The Day After Tomorrow are the ones that change entire companies, industries and even the world. They are where ENORMOUS amounts of LONG TERM VALUE lie. They are where the truly great ones – the giants of industry, those that provoke paradigm shifts – focus a lot of attention on: the Ubers of this world, and the Googles, with their moon shots. The obvious challenge is figuring out what our users need; the non-obvious challenges are in creating a shared understanding of those needs and in sensing if what we're doing is meeting those needs.

Adani SEBI investigation revealed that the latter had sought information from five foreign jurisdictions concerning the holdings of the firm’s foreign portfolio investors (FPIs) in relation to the alleged violations of the MPS Regulations. Nevertheless, the economic interest of the twelve FPIs based in tax haven jurisdictions still needs to be determined. The Adani Group firms classed these FPIs as public shareholders. According to Hindenburg, FPIs were used to get around regulatory standards.
