Objective 
The objective of this paper is to educate users about the implementation via online strategies, and the impact it can 
have on success in the business processes. 

 
Significance of Online Strategic Implementation 
IT is transforming business processes; increasing operational efficiency, reducing costs and reshaping the way 
organizations function in the online environment. The choice of right kind of online solution to accelerate any business is 
really important; it is largely dependent on strategic implementation. 
 
Strategic implementation is a critical part of the website building process. Any deviation can make the difference 
between a successful or unsuccessful launch, and can greatly affect the end result in terms of usability, functionality and 
impact on the economies. Most importantly, strategic implementation has the potential to rejuvenate business 
processes, enabling the organization to run more efficiently and effectively, maximizing return on investment (ROI).

Strategic implementation involves:

achieving business goals and objectives. This entire phenomenon lies in the strategic implementation process which

After gaining a decade of experience in the online environment and we have developed and re‐defined our RISE model, 
an implementation methodology which maximizes ROI and ensures success in the online environment by building 
websites, micro sites, application development, web designing, online marketing & others, which achieve measurable 
results in the areas of Research, Image, Sales, and (Operational) Efficiency.
