Glynn Williams Dip.Arch (Hons) RIBAChartered ArchitectHistorical Trading Floor ProjectsPrevious long term ongoing Architectural Appointments include managing the operational change within Henderson Investors in the Broadgate development.Principle activities consisted of “on demand” support fot the FM director and the in-house contactors/engineers.During the duration a link staircase was installed, the date centre was relocated and the Executive Suite was replanned.The Mizuho Corporation, a merger of The Industrial Bank of Japan, Dai-Ichi Bank and Fuji Bank, resulted in extensive restacking of Bracken House (the old FT building near St. Paul’s Cathedral renovated by Michael Hopkin’s & Ptnrs).During this appointment the trading floor was mothballed for DR purposes and a new trading floor installed on another floor.The remainder of the building was also extensively restacked also.
