Strategic Doing is introduced as an agile, iterative process for managing complexity through focused conversations and simple rules. It contrasts with traditional strategic planning by being faster and less costly, allowing for adaptability and continuous learning. The Purdue Center for Regional Development has conducted workshops on this methodology from 2008 to 2014 to promote its application and effectiveness.
