2. OBJECTIVES
The St.E.SE.Geo project aims to:
•Create a geo-localised map of the socio-sanitary structures and
services.
•Establish a set of services needed to be available on the web
according to expressed users’ requirements.
•Promote the usage of innovative means to carry out the feedbacks
collection and the data analysis.
•Establish patterns of collaboration between the Public Institutions
and Citizens.
• Provide a model that can be adapted to other areas according to
the territorial structures and the services provided.
3. AREA
This is the territory of the platform: BAT (Barletta – Andria – Trani) district and
Ruvo di Puglia, Corato and Terlizzi, in the district of Bari

USERS’ NEED COLLECTION:
-physical meeting
-call interviews
-surveys
Four hundred sets of questions were
answered, out of a sample of population
related to the density of population in the
municipalities.
This allowed to create also a map on the
users’ perception of the services and to
point out the most critical situations in the
area.
