Wi-Fi is being rolled out in three phases across UK railway stations, with a proof of concept at Euston Station in June 2015. By the end of 2015, Wi-Fi will be delivered to all 21 managed stations. The full station roll out will provide ubiquitous Wi-Fi coverage across stations, with a minimum speed of 3Mbps per user, customer registration, and mobile access. The Wi-Fi service is intended to be an enabling platform that is easy for users and generates revenue through advertising.
