Statement of the Problem
This research aims to differentiate the Withdrawal Habits of the employees from call center agency and
government agency.
Specifically it seeks to answer the following questions:
1. What is the profile of the respondents in terms of
1.1 Age
1.2 Gender
1.3 Work
2. What are the factors that could trigger to increase the Anxiety Level of the respondents?
3. Is there a significant difference between the anxiety level of working students and full-time student’s
ages 18yrs old to 22yrs old in Our Lady of Fatima University, Quezon City? Would gender, the level of
learning and course have an impact to the results?
3. In what way would help the results of the research to the performance of the working and full time
students in Our Lady of Fatima University in terms of their coping habits to the academic activities?
Hypothesis
There will be no significant difference between the anxiety level of working and full-time students
ages 18-22yrs old of Our Lady of Fatima University, Quezon City.
