         AS CUSTOMER:

  they turn into willing customers
    they will pay for the solution
  they don’t say no to alternatives

            AS BUSINESS OWNER:

         they look for new solutions
        they turn customer focussed
they make it their quest to eradicate frustration
so don’t make people angry,
but do focus on angry people
markets that aquire ATTENTION
No 1: OLD PEOPLE
Needless to say there is a much larger amount of
      BABYBOOMERS than any other age group

Old people don’t just have ANY money, they have ALL the
                          money!
Old people don’t drink beer, they drink trappist

 The older people get, the more they pay attention to
              options on their new car

They are harder to convince, but once convinced you’ve
                got their undying trust
old people just don’t have money,
    they have all the money
so stop focussing on the young people,
they get their money from their grandma
No 2: WOMEN
Women are known to make an average of 70% of ALL the
                 family purchases.

 Women although making less money then men, SPEND
              more money then men.

 Women have a much larger network then men and TALK
            to their network more often

Women don’t just buy your product, they become a part of
               your BRAND marketing.

               fiddles about on his desk?

when the people in that meeting just wouldn’t listen when
       you still had something important to say?

when your manager looked down on you as you were just
             a roach standing in his way?
you can only earn respect,
       by giving it
EVERYBODY is in sales

be PASSIONATE about your SOLUTION

         ALWAYS DELIVER
no matter how wonderful your product is,
         you’ll still have to sell it

Benchmarking:

1: Take the current industry leader’s situation
2: Figure out a 5 year plan
3: To get as good as this leader was 5 years ago
4: 5 years from now
forget about Apple

THINK DIFFERENT
comparing yourself to Apple,
   is highly unmotivating
PASSION
Business is about passion, about excellence, about achieving
                          things, ...

 You can only achieve great things if you are prepared to
                   achieve great things

Focus on what’s important for your company and pump up
                   your muscels for it!
aim on PROFIT
I love profit... I love obscene profit !

it enables you to hire the most interesting people and take
          the most crazy risks known to mankind
