The STAR Global program at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School partners undergraduate, MBA, and faculty experts with global companies to work on complex business challenges. A STAR Global team helped Lilly Brazil improve customer satisfaction among oncologists by conducting site visits, interviews, and developing marketing strategies. The teams typically work virtually and then do a two-week immersion in the host country to research the issue, analyze data, and deliver actionable recommendations to address the partner organization's problem.
