- 7. Well Lookie There •Interesting insights I found was the escalator for the shopping carts at Bed Bath and Beyond • The Laundromat had these handy cards to load your money on- bye bye quarters!
- 8. Not happy • Macy’s-the only thing that was cool was the old escalators that they still had • No one asked if I needed help
- 9. Not Happy • Actually no one talked to me at all • I went up ALL 8 floors!! • The only way to go up a floor was to go through the one you were on
- 10. Not Happy • TheBag Man did have GREAT deals but EVERYONE in there kept asking me if I needed help and were way too pushy • They watched me like a hawk like I was going to steal something • I just wanted to leave. Wasn’t worth hunting for deals
- 11. What would Ichange? • Baked by Melissa needs at least stand up tables-no chairs needed. What if its raining… I’d have a soggy cupcake • Macy’s- layout is too spread out so getting help isnt at your hand • Bag Man- Stop hounding the customers and organize a little better
- 12. You get anA+ • Open door or have the door be opened by doorman • Tall open ceilings • Organized and clean shopping • Friendly helpful employees • Make a place feel like “home”
