St Kilda Football Club ran a 5-day CheckinLine campaign to engage existing members and gain insights. Over 6% of invited members opted in, with high levels of engagement - 76% of users engaged on average for over 5 minutes, completing 4 out of 5 daily check-ins. The data revealed insights into fans' motivations and connections to the club. Recommendations included leveraging the emotional connection to increase renewals and sign-ups through personalized memberships, and developing a virtual platform for connecting members watching games at home.
