3.The price is based on FOB ShangHai port and keeps valid for 30days .
4.Delivery is 90 days upon confirmation of purchasing order and advace payment, whichever is late.
5.Payment terms shall be 30% advance by T/T and balance by T/T and balance upon BL copy.
