The study developed a student exchange program between Sa-nguan Ying School in Thailand and schools in Tasmania, Australia using knowledge management techniques. Key elements of the program included objectives, participation structure, agreement terms, preparation, implementation, supervision, evaluation, and continuous improvement. Evaluations found the program was highly effective in developing students' skills, knowledge, and attitudes. Students, teachers, and parents supported continuing the exchange program in the future.

Abstract
The objective of this study was to develop the pattern of the Student Exchange
Program between Sa-nguan Ying School and Schools in Tasmania, Australia using Knowledge
Management Process in the forms of research and development. Several techniques were used in
data collection process such as questionnaire, interview, evaluation form, qualitative data
analysis, lecture and content analysis in order to use the results to create and develop the pattern
of the Student Exchange Program.
The study revealed that the main factors of the pattern of the Student Exchange
Program between Sa-nguan Ying School and Schools in Tasmania, Australia consist of structure,
objectives, participation, making agreement, preparation, implementation, supervision,
knowledge management, evaluation and improvement of the pattern development.
The results of the evaluation of the pattern of the Student Exchange Program stated
that the factors of the pattern were at the highest level. Also the factors of the appropriateness,
possibility, clarity and utilization were at the highest level.
The results of the evaluation of the pattern of the Student Exchange Program after
being implemented showed that all the factors, in general, were at the high level, especially the
efficiency of the Student Exchange Program. The students were well-developed in variety
aspects, such as, skills, knowledge and attitude through the knowledge management process.
Besides, the study showed that students, teachers and parents required the continuity of the
Student Exchange Program.
