وتستخدم أجهزة القياس الكهربية لمعرفة العطال الكهربيه فى الجهزة والحكم على كفاءة الجهزة كما تستخدم
لعمال الصيانه الدوريه .
ويمكن تصنيف أجهزة القياس طبقا لطرق اظهار القراءات الى :
1-أجهزة بيان
2-أجهزة تسجيل
3-أجهزة تكامل
4-أجهزة رقميه
1-أجهزة البيان :
وهى أجهزة قياس تبين قيمة الكمية المجهوله بواسطة مؤشر يتحرك أمام لوحة عليها تدريج ثابت . ومن
أمثلة أجهزة البيان الميتر والفولتميتر
ومن مميزات أجهزة البيان :
1(أنها بسيطة التركيب .
2(أنها رخيصة الثمن .
3(أنها سريعة فى تعيين الكمية المجهوله .
2-أجهزة التسجيل:
تستخدم أجهزة القياس المسجله عند الحاجه لوجود تسجيل دائم لكيفية تغير كمية معينة مع الزمن
وتتكون أجهزة القياس المسجله من أجهزة عادية وفيها استبدلت بالمؤشر والتدريج ذراع خفيفه
تحمل الراسم وهو يتركب من قلم حبر يمل أتوماتيكيا ويتكون من أنبوبة شعرية أحد أطرافها
مغمور فى وعاء للحبر وطرفها الخر على هيئة قلم وعندما ينحرف الذراع الحقيقية ليبين القيمة
المراد قياسها بأن يدفع بالقلم الحبر ليرسم على ورقة تتحرك بانتظام ومعدل ثابت ويوضح تغير
الكمية المراد قياسها مع الزمن .
ج- أجهزة تكامليه:
وهى أجهزة تعطى مجموع الكمية المقاسه خلل فترة زمنيه معينه وهى أجهزة تسجل وتجمع فى
نفس الوقت مثل عدادات الكهرباء التى تعطى كمية الطاقه المستهلكه فى فترة زمنية .
د- أجهزة رقمية :
هى أجهزة حديثه تخلو من عيوب الجهزة المعتاده وتعطى نتيجه القياس على شكل أرقام عددية
يمكن قراءتها بسهوله وتعتمد فى اظهار القراءه على تحويل الطاقه الكهربية الى طاقه ضوئيه
ويستخدم لذلك وحدة اظهار مكون من سبعةوصلت ثنائيه باعة للضوء كل منها على شكل خط
بحيث تشكل السبع وصلت الرقم .
وتتميز الجهزة الرقمية بسهولة الستعمال وسهولة النقل من مكان لخر كما تتمتع بقدر كبير من
الدقه وتخلو من الخطأ البشرى عند قراءة قيم مختلفه فى أجهزة البيان . ولو أنها أكثر تكلفة .
