Augusto Duarte, (C.E.O/Share Holder) 
Augusto Duarte has 15 years experience in oil exploration in the North Sea and in recruitment for 
the Oil & Gas. Has worked with companies such as Mac Dermot’s, Baroid, Press & Willem 
offshore today AMEC etc. Recruitment and outsourcing of personnel. Has a 17 years working in 
Europe with companies such as: Euro services Group, Samac, Smile Group, In Axion, Mantech, 
Unitech etc. Based on Duarte thirty-three years' experience in the HR Outsourcing industry, he 
was able to find good guidance from a peer and suggest a program that matched the client's 
needs. 
Maninder Uppal (Financial Director) 
Maninder Uppal oversees the financial planning, maintains the financial activities and manage 
financial risk of the business. He is a strategic partner and advisor to the CEO. 
Lilian van der Sanden, (Sales Manager) 
Lilian takes care of client´s contacts, promotion of MECWELD and finding new opportunities for 
business.

Susana is a certified lawyer specialized in Corporate Business. She can help you with preparing 
agreements and any legal aspect related to Portuguese law. All matters relating employment as

Gabriela Moreno, (Administrator /Invoicing) 
Gabriela takes care of the day to day running of the office, makes sure that all of your MECWELD 
related invoices are correct. She takes care of any Accounts Payable. Also triple-checks charges 
are correct and that you are not overpaying for any services and HSA accounts. 
Anabela Sequeira, (HR Department) 
Anabela works in the Human Resources department and she takes care of Payroll Administration, 
Benefit Administration, and Human Resources consulting. The Client Services team is here to 
support our clients and their employees with any issue, question, concern, or request. 
Cátia Silva (Senior Accounting) 
Catia’s is responsible for the accounting operations of the company. This include: maintenance of 
financial records and general ledger accounts; reconciliation of bank accounts; provision of financial 
status information, correction of errors by adjusting journal entries post; accounting controls by 
following the adequate policies and procedures.
