I love helping people. I love to see them happy. I started my career as a software developer in a big organization and then moving on to run my own startup providing boutique IT services to financial institutes. I always thought with my people skills and IT background; I probably will be involved in project management or program management. However, I realise my gifting in talent discovery and placing the right people in the right position.
