 Working for MNP Project (Mobile Number Portability) for PAN INDIA Telecom
Service Providers.
 Answering requests (by email, phone, web interface, etc.) from Telecom Service
Providers (Airtel, Vodafone, Idea, BSNL, MTNL, Sify, Idea etc.) regarding trouble
reports or service requests.
 Analyze customer’s problems and issues, including inoperability or inaccessibility of a
system, module or function. Take appropriate action to resolve the problem in a timely
manner to meet or exceed customer expectations.
 Network Monitoring (Application, Database, Network, Performance, Switches, Firewall,
VPN, Routers etc.) in collaboration with “Tata Consultancy Services” as a Client.
 Working with “Tata Consultancy Services” for HPOV & NNM network monitoring
tools related issues.
 Monitoring Application servers, Database servers by using HP OVO & NNM monitoring
applications.
 Effectively working with NOC support groups as needed for ticket resolution.
 Maintain ongoing communication with internal departments (i.e. sales, marketing,
product support, development) to ensure customer satisfaction.
 Monitoring Link status and to make sure all network links are up and running(Primary
and Secondary link)
 Working on BGP routers and closely monitor the logs and advertise path of routers.
 Visiting Database center when required and make sure the process will be up and running
during any activity.
