including Outlook Web Access 2000 and Outlook 2001 for MAC.

Level I Service Technician (May 1997-June 1998):Various Desktop Support for Windows
95 and NT Workstations on a Windows NT Server network. Duties include software loads, system
upgrades,problem troubleshooting.
Level II Service Technician (June 1998- January 1999): Support for Level I technicians.
Level I Supervisor (January 1999-October 1999): Manage the Desktop Installation Team,
build PC images, manage inventory.
