I was a designated L1 Team Lead for the North American support group until promotion
to L2 in April 16, 2013, in which I excelled. I built, maintained, and utilized desk-side
EMS lab based on Windows Server 2008 running VM EMS lab machines on Hyper-V
Mgr before later moving the local VM’s to a VMWare solution. As a result I received a
