To make a square fitting with the given dimensions, the procedure is to first dimension the male and female parts as shown in Figures 1(a) and 1(b). The male part has dimensions of H1=30mm, H2=20mm, V3=V4=10mm, V5=50mm, V6=15mm. The female part has dimensions of H6=H7=50mm, V4=V5=15mm, V1=V2=10mm, H8=20mm. Then the separate finished male and female parts are shown in Figure 2 and the assembled 3D square fitting is shown in Figure 3 with a top view provided in Figure 4
