This document provides a rating scale to evaluate the quality, efficiency, and timeliness of various support functions. It rates tasks like preparing documents, updating leave cards and ledgers, consolidating tardiness reports, reviewing financial disclosures, consolidating performance ratings, preparing leave applications, and consolidating daily time records. For each task, it provides criteria for ratings of 5 (excellent) down to 1 (needs improvement) based on factors like deficiencies, errors, and timeliness of completion.
