- May-June exams were conducted over 3 slots for 369,693 total candidates - The largest groups of candidates were for BA/BCom degrees, totaling 282,018 candidates - Answer books were distributed to 21 exam centers across the state and collected in 3 lots - The total results processing took an average of 27.35 days, with most (345,501) candidates having results within 30 days

2.  May-June Exams were conducted in three Slots
 BA/B Com / B Com (Eng) / BA(PA) exams have same exam time
table and question papers and have 2,82,018 candidates
(1713247 answer books) and remaining other have 87,665
candidates for the examination
 Total Candidates for Exams were 3,69,693
 Examinations were conducted by grouping the study centres that
saved a lot of expenditure and eased management.

3.  Total candidates for May- June exam were 3,69,693 and
weighted average duration of result is 27.35 days.
 Results of 3,45501 candidates were declared within 30 days.
Weighted Av. Duration 27 days.
 Results of 18,892 candidates were declared after 30 days but
within 45 days. Weighted Av. Duration is 38 days
 Av Result duration of BA/ B Com/ B Com(Eng)/ BA(PA) 2.82
lakh candidates is 29 days.
 However, the results of 5300 candidates were declared after
45 days. The average duration is 47 days.

21 CAPS in the state.
 The printed inventories for collection of answer
books were issued to RCs lot wise, time Table wise
 Printed CAP Registers were issued to each RC to
take entry of issue and receipt of answer books.
 No incidence of mismatch was reported.
 Answer books were collected in 3 lots.
 Caps started immediately after collection of answer
books.

22.  Marks of some students on teachers marksheet
were not sent by CAPs
 Special stationary was used for teachers
marksheets incorporating 60 students instead of 20
to reduce handling load.
 The missing data quantum was about 2000 out of
which 600 were withheld for mass copy allegation.
 Maximum data is cleared till date.
 The missing data was 1.1 in 1000 and is tolerable
in result system

23. FURTHER PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS
1) The quality of writing and the teachers mark sheet
handling was very poor.
=>Special Team will be employed to write the marks in the
mark sheet.
2) Marks were left blank.
=>Quality Control Officer is proposed to be appointed in
the CAP and No Pre Cap shall be done as missing of
answer books is due to pre Cap and the responsibility
can not be fixed.
3) Marks sheets were found along with bundles
=>Mark sheets will be kept in separate file for issue and
receipt and inventory shall be strictly monitored
Schedule shall be strictly followed as the Result is the
result of chain of various activities.
