Furthermore, the development of human infrasturcture is not enough but what is very indispensable is educating them through sports. This is also an avenue for our special children to express their feelings, emotions as well as social interaction. The most potent factor that can be developed and nutured to our children are the values that they can share and learn through play to all walks of life.
