• Create the content – OR – get the content links from your content team
• Store those links in a spreadsheet until you need them for generating
the email
• Add tracking links to each link in the newsletter
• Paste those content & tracking links into your newsletter template (be
careful not to make any mistakes!)
• Upload the images for each piece of content
• Edit the HTML template to make sure the image links point to the
appropriate place.

• Test the rendering of the edited HTML to make sure you didn’t make
any mistakes
• Attach the content inside of your email system to the appropriate list.
• Schedule the email to be sent – being careful not to send it at the wrong
time.
• Repeat the entire process the next time you send the newsletter (either
later today, tomorrow, or next week.)
• Put off any tests you would like to run on your program.
