The Spius Property is located in southwestern British Columbia and hosts a significant copper anomaly within an area of porphyry copper deposits. Historic soil and drilling data uncovered a large zone of anomalous copper values over 1 km in diameter that remains open. The property has good access and infrastructure. An initial program of geological mapping and soil sampling is recommended to further define the copper anomaly and evaluate the property's potential to host a significant porphyry copper-molybdenum deposit. The property is available for option, joint venture or purchase.

IMR - iMetal Resources Rocks to Riches Report Nov. 2018MomentumPR
At first glance, iMetal Resources was just gearing
up to explore its wholly-owned Gowganda West Project. The prospective property is located less
than 1.3 km south of Tahoe Resources’ 4 million ounce Juby gold deposit (1.1 million ounces
Measured & Indicated, 2.9 million oz. Inferred), 20 km WSW of Gowganda Ontario, and 90 km
SW of Kirkland Lake Ontario.
• After a season of extensive prospecting and fieldwork, the project has become even more
compelling. So much so, in fact, iMetal increased its land position five fold: from 20 km2
to 105
km2
.
• Historically, the property has seen almost no exploration - mainly because it’s covered by glacial
overburden as well as meta-sediments as opposed to the easier to prospect meta-volcanics
(greenstones). However, “windows” within these meta-sediments and late-stage intrusions
cutting through them prove that gold, silver, copper and even cobalt are present.
• This past year, IMR has identified and sampled a number of these “windows” on its property. Grab
sample results assayed as high as 56.59 g/t gold, 15 g/t silver, and 2.6% copper. What is
particularly interesting is that two of these “windows” lie 5 km apart along a common structural
trend and the associated mineralization may be part of a larger system just beneath the surface.
Further exploration, as well as geophysics and a drill program may provide the market with some
exciting results

B.C. Geophysical Society Presentation 20130221 - Importance of Mined Material...John Chapman
There is presently a surge of government and commercial space initiatives that harkens the beginnings of a new age – that of space development beyond Earth orbit. Dot-com billionaires along with well educated and experienced space scientists, engineers and technologists have begun forming companies focused upon advancing human civilization toward utilization and occupation of the moon, mars and asteroids.
The wealth from mines, from the dawn of recorded human history, is the epic march of mankind along the path of progress. It was the mines that made ancient civilizations such as Egypt, Greece and Rome great and in more recent times have created immense wealth to the benefit of the people of Europe, North America, Australia and now China, India, Brazil and Russia.
Today, we are part of the “space generation”, crawling off the surface of the earth into the “oceans of space” – mining will continue to provide the capability for humankind to advance to the moon, mars and on to the stars.
A Dilemma for New Producers of PGE/Base Metal Flotation and Gravity Concentra...John Chapman
New producers of base metal/PGE/precious metal concentrates are faced with very unique challenges regarding downstream processing to saleable metals. The normally complex sulfide concentrate produced consists principally of nickel, copper, cobalt, PGE’s, gold and silver. The alternatives available for downstream processing to saleable metals are very few, and at this time the only standard commercial route is by way of conventional smelting (pyrometallurgy), hydrometallurgical/electrochemical refining to recover base metals, and then a complex chemical (leach and precipitate) refining process to recover PGE’s and precious metals from the base metal leach residue.
John A Chapman push back against anti-development voices 20121101John Chapman
The Burns Lake Region has significant potential for discovery and development of mineral deposits – however, there is a rising tide of negative forces in British Columbia that is preventing or impairing the mining industry’s ability to construct and operate new mines. As a mining engineer, resident of British Columbia and citizen of Canada, I am personally appalled at the British Columbia Government’s increasingly complex regulations, the rising power costs, the carbon tax, the pandering to environmental NGOs and the ceding of authority to Native Indians, Regional Districts and Federal Government. Especially when we consider the very alarming levels of debt and deficit loads we are carrying in British Columbia and Canada, both governmental and personal. British Columbia’s mineral resource revenues have dropped to a decadal level of approximately $1,500 per capita from their decadal level in the late 1960s and early 1970s of $2,400 per capita (in 2012 dollars). How can we expect to maintain British Columbia’s major social programs such as education, health and transportation when we allow one of its principal long-term wealth generating engines, the resource sector, to seriously deteriorate?
This presentation discusses the mineral resources in the Burns Lake Region and the opportunity for their development, as well as the related needs for (1) low-cost reliable electric energy, (2) elimination of excessive and redundant environmental regulations and taxes, (3) common-sense on climate change, and (4) a push-back against the groups that are strangling mine development.
Historically successful mine developments close to communities will be shown as benchmarks for future British Columbia mine development.
Most rural communities in British Columbia owe their existence and well-being to the early mineral exploration and mining successes all over the province. In fact, over the past 150 years, some $700 billion (in 2012 dollars) have been recovered from mining activities in the province. Historically British Columbia has been a true leader in mineral developments and we don't want to see that change! But, we need your help now to make sure that the exploration and mining companies continue to feel welcome here.

It was the mines that made ancient civilizations such as Egypt, Greece and Rome great and in more recent times have created immense wealth to the benefit of the people of Europe, North America, Australia and now China, India, Brazil and Russia.
Georgius Agricola in his “De Re Metallica” published in 1556 stated, “Inasmuch as the chief callings are those of money lender, the soldier, the merchant, the farmer, and miner, I say, inasmuch as usury is odious, while the spoil cruelly captured from the people innocent of wrong is wicked in the sight of God and man, and inasmuch as the calling of the miner excels in honor and dignity that of the merchant trading for lucre, while it is not less noble though far more profitable than agriculture, who can fail to realize that mining is a calling of peculiar dignity.”
In Carl Sagan’s “Cosmos - Travels in Space and Time (Episode 8), 1989” he stated, “Those worlds in space are as countless as all the grains of sands on all the beaches of the earth - and each of those worlds is as real as ours. In every one of them there is a succession of incidences, events, occurrences which influence its future - countless worlds, numberless moments, an immensity of space and time. Here on our small planet at this moment we face a critical branch point in history. What we do with our world right now will propagate down through the centuries and powerfully affect the destiny of our descendants. It is well within our power to destroy our civilization and perhaps our species as well. If we capitulate to superstition or greed, or stupidity, we can plunge our world into a darkness deeper than the time between the collapse of classical civilization and the Italian Renaissance. But we are also capable of using our compassion and our intelligence, our technology and our wealth, to make an abundant and meaningful life for every inhabitant of this planet - to enhance enormously our understanding of the universe and carry us to the stars.”
Today, we are part of the “space generation”, crawling off the surface of the earth into the “oceans of space” – mining will continue to provide the capability for humankind to advance to the moon, mars and on to the stars.
John A Chapman mining the moon 20060723John Chapman
NASA has announced a schedule and plan for the creation of a lunar base within 16 years as a precursor to establishing a base on Mars. Space agencies from Europe, Japan, India and China have expressed support for the NASA plan and/or their separate plans for a lunar base. This plan to explore and inhabit the Moon and then Mars is driven by the triple goals of scientific research, lunar/asteroid resource extraction and saving the earthbound human species from eventual extinction by asteroid/comet impact or super-volcano eruption. This paper proposes the application, on the Moon, of equipment and mining methods already well proven on Earth in very cold and dusty environments. The authors present an innovative combination of existing technologies for exploration and mining, including: mobile equipment, spare parts, sample analysis, remote controls, semi-autonomous controls, remote equipment "health" monitoring, real-time precision location and guidance, and the use of broadband WiMAX for communication to and from the proposed lunar base and Earth's Internet.

We earthbound humans cannot survive as a single planet species as there is a clear and present danger from super-volcanos and large near-earth-objects. The dinosaurs did not survive – they had no space program. We do have a space program which can be directed to saving humans by detecting, tracking and deflecting near-earth-objects that are potential earth-impactors, as well as creating a moon base as a precursor to populating mars. Great challenges and opportunities lay ahead in achieving these space development objectives; they are essential to ensure our survival.

SPIUS PROPERTY FACT SHEET – FEB 2016
COPPER-MOLY PORPHYRY - Merritt, BC
The Spius Property is located within BC’s Southern Quesnellia Terrane, which is host to
numerous significant porphyry deposits including Highland Valley Copper, Copper Mountain,
Prosperity, Afton, Ajax, Gibraltar, Mt Polley and Mt Milligan to name a few. Historic soil
sampling by Canadian Occidental Petroleum Ltd. uncovered an extremely anomalous zone of
Cu-in-soil up to 4640 ppm approximately 1 km in diameter and open in all directions (AR06145,
33913). Molybdenum up to 230 ppm occurs on the western flank of the copper anomaly. Historic
drilling at the time focused on the high Mo to the west and a chargeability anomaly but avoided
the bulk of the copper anomaly. The results of this drilling are not publicly available.
The Property has good forestry road access, with many new roads constructed since the previous
historical work programs. It is located in Southern BC, 40 km from the city of Merritt, with
excellent infrastructure for mine development including major rail, highways and grid power.

Geology
The Spius Property is underlain by the Cretaceous Eagle Granodiorite, an elongate, northwest-trending
pluton. The main lithologies are foliated quartz diorite and granodiorite. These have been cut by a
presumably younger feldspar and quartz-feldspar porphyry phase and late stage felsic dikes, pegmatite,
quartz veins and minor lamprophyre. The Property is cut by a major northeast trending shear zone
which is evident in regional geology and magnetics maps.
Exploration History
• 1968 – Work by Orequest included soil geochemistry (Cu, Mo), geophysics (SP and EM survey), 5
percussion holes (1,000 ft.).
• 1969 – Murray Mines drilled 2,000 ft. of core in 10 holes.
• 1970 – Arrow International completed geological mapping, a soil geochemical survey and ground
geophysics (magnetometer, IP survey).
• 1971 – Orequest completed 2,300 ft. of percussion drilling in 7 holes.
• 1975 – Brascan drilled seven core holes.
• 1976 – Canadian Occidental completed a program of prospecting and soil sampling.

Mineralization/Alteration
Propylitic alteration with extensive pyrite is pervasive throughout the Property, while widespread quartz-
sericite-pyrite alteration occurs with malachite and chalcopyrite within the undrilled central portion of the
property (AR06145). Extremely kaolinized, highly friable exposures are also reported from the central zone
(AR06145). Better mineralization is observed to be associated with k-feldspar+quartz veining (AR05389).
Initial soil sampling surveys outlined an area approximately 2000’ x 1500’ of >500 ppm Cu surrounding an
area 2000’ x 400’ of >1000 ppm Cu (AR 06145). Spotty anomalous Mo values up to 230 ppm occur within this
anomaly. Gold/silver was not analysed in this program. The copper anomaly is open to the south and east and
possibly also to the west and northwest. A single line of soil samples collected by J. Shearer (AR 33913),
extended the historical anomaly 500 m southeast of previous sampling, with values ranging from 150 ppm Cu
to 4,640 ppm Cu (most values >500 ppm Cu).
Potential
There is excellent potential for the discovery of a significant Cu-Mo porphyry deposit on the Property. It
appears that early drilling focused mainly on IP anomalies, rather than geology and geochemistry, which
were likely a response to the widespread pyrite that surrounds the central copper anomaly. The historical
and more recent soil geochemistry shows the strong and large central copper anomaly is associated with
intense phyllic and argillic alteration. Most of the historic drilling is on the periphery of this anomaly.

Recommended Program
An initial program of geological mapping and geochemical soil sampling with a complete multi-element
analysis is recommended for a first phase of work on Spius. The aim of the geochemical survey would
be to confirm the historical values, test for other elementals and extend the current Cu-Mo anomaly
which is wide open. Geological mapping should be focused on defining the various intrusive phases
and their alteration assemblages, as well as structural mapping. Previous operators have noted that NE-
trending shear zones may be an important control on the mineralization.
In addition to the porphyry style mineralization at Spius, some of the highest scandium (Sc) assays for
the entire province occur in RGS stream sediment samples surrounding the Property. The scandium
may be hosted within local pegmatite intrusions, which have been mapped by previous operators, or
may be associated with the porphyry mineralization itself. Lithogeochemical sampling of the numerous
pegmatite and porphyry phases is recommended to help pinpoint the source(s) of anomalous scandium.
A second phase of work would involve geophysics, trenching and potentially core drilling.
Outlook
The Spius porphyry copper-molybdenum porphyry property is currently available for option, joint
venture or purchase. For more information please contact the owners listed below.
