This document proposes a communication and branding concept to introduce the Somerset Hoa Binh serviced apartment brand in Hanoi. The goals are to raise brand awareness among target audiences, help increase sales, and add value to the Ascott International brand. The proposed methodology includes local media pitching, a comic print ad campaign, media tours, a soft opening launch event, and branding at key sites and events. The agency presenting the concept, VEC, has experience with large brands and event organizing in Vietnam.
