Midwest Laboratories has over 39 years
of experience in servicing the agriculture
industry. In addition, the company is also
involved in the areas of environmental,
feed, foods/pet foods and fuel. The
business philosophy of the company has
always been to operate from one central

Omaha, Nebraska houses over 90,000

Sampling
1
Take samples at 0-6 in. deep*
from 5 to 10 spots around an
area of no more than 20 acres.
Combine the samples in a clean
plastic bucket to create 1 sample
that fills the sample bag to the
fill line or approximately 2 cups
in a plastic bag.

Close the soil bag by rolling the
top of the bag so that the soil is
enclosed within.
Paperwork
1
Complete the paperwork with
correct company/personal
information. Include an email
or fax number as the primary
means of receiving your data. A
hard copy of the report can also
be mailed to you if you need.

Place the paperwork in the
box with the sample for
shipment.
Shipment
1 Send sample via UPS, Fedex
or US Mail to the address on
the cover of this publication. It
helps to have a tracking number
to track your sample.
