Job Location : Pune/Ahmedabad/Delhi
Batches : 2016 and prior batches 2015/2014
Job Functions / Responsibilities :
• Find technical solutions on issues or queries related to unknown or new scenarios
• Manage relationships with clients. Work with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction level
Skills Required :
• Proficient with relational databases (SQL Queries).
• Excellent knowledge on basic RDBMS Concepts.
• Knowledge / Experience with Java or .Net (OOPs Concepts).
• Knowledge of basic networking fundamentals.
• Understanding of multi-tier web architecture.
• Knowledge of SQL Server 2005, 2008 and My SQL.
• Prior technical support experience shall be an advantage.
