So what do we do in our process in terms of handling the data that comes in? With our analytic engine we collect lots of data, which means the business is constantly being scanned for any WiFi enabled devices, that could be a mobile phone, a tablet or a laptop. With the latest technology it could even be a watch. Our collection device scan sand looks for devices, the  mac address, signal strength and the frequency of visits and this can potentially be tracked and plotted on a floormap? (as in the pic). That is presence analytics. It’s like cookies for the real world. And it’s anonymous…….
  13. When the customer logs in using their social media account, accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy. We can start to add some color to the information about who is in the business. We can then attach this personal data to the MAC address of their device. This data is then accessible to the business to utilize in their marketing.

  18. The guest is prompted to “Like” the business on facebook if that is their chosen social login. This is a request and they can ignore that and move past this request by choosing “No thanks”. This option can also be turned off by the business owner.

Some you have to input an email address and password, some you have to create a username & password but all will have different criteria requirements for their passwords. It could be an uppercase letter, must contain numbers and some will even need both. Before you know it you have 4 or 5 different passwords for different locations and this becomes difficult to remember when returning to that business.
  23. Here are some examples of what you can then do with the real time marketing engine. You can push them immediately a cooupon or to a “Specials”.
  24. You can do the same thing after a certain period of time they have been in your establishment. Say you like customers to hang around your bar because they spend more money the longer they are there. After a certain time, you can incentivize them with a special offer to stay longer to take advantage of the offer. If you are a restaurant you could push the seafood menu if your over ordered or you have any food that you want to sell more of by sending a message a few moments after they arrive, while they are waiting to be seated.
  25. Of course, the Birthday message or coupon will always be a winner and you collect this data in our marketing engine and will be able to automatically send them a birthday message days in advance to come in or on the day of their birthday.
