It also doesn’t help that even when your visuals are on point, that the social networks change so much your imagery gets cropped, cut up and poorly displayed.
This talk won’t just list the do’s and don’ts of social imagery but will take an introspective look at the way we communicate online, and the best ways in which to engage with your audience.

This document defines and discusses different types of social media such as social networking sites, blogs, photo sharing sites, video sharing sites, microblogging, and wikis. It explains that social media allows people to interact and connect with friends and share content. Examples of popular social media platforms are provided, including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and Flickr, which people use to communicate, share photos and videos, and feel connected to others online.
Social media allows people to connect and interact with friends and family through various online platforms. It includes social networking sites like Facebook and Myspace, where users can check on friends' statuses, share photos and videos, and organize events. Microblogging sites like Twitter let users post short updates to communicate with followers. Video sharing on YouTube is also a form of social media that enables users to generate and share videos to socialize with others. What makes media social is the interpersonal communication and connections it facilitates between users from a distance through various interactive functions.
Instagram is a photo sharing app that allows users to take and share photos, and has reached 500 million daily active users as of 2017. Snapchat was founded in 2011 by Evan Spiegel and Bobby Murphy and allows users to share photos and videos (snaps) that disappear after being viewed. Twitter was founded in 2006 and allows users to share messages (tweets) that can be up to 280 characters. All three platforms generate billions in annual revenue from advertisements.
Facebook was created in 2004 by Mark Zuckerberg and allows over 1 billion users to connect with people they know and don't know by sending friend requests. Users can post photos, videos, and updates to their timeline for friends to see. Snapchat enables users to send photos, texts, and videos that expire within 24 hours, and also allows calling, video chatting with up to 15 people and seeing friends' locations. This document is a student's 6th grade performance task on social media platforms. It discusses Instagram, an image sharing platform where users can post photos and short videos. The founder of Instagram is identified as Kevin Systrom and Mike Krieger. Instagram is used in education by photography students to share photos and make daily photo diaries. Examples of big companies using Instagram effectively are provided. Other similar image sharing platforms like Flickr, Snapfish, and Photobucket are also listed. The student is instructed to create a short story on the social media platform of their choice using an online storybuilder tool.
Photojournalists need to be making full use of social media, everything from Twitter to SmugMug not only to get their images out there but to make money.
Social networks provide advantages like making new friends and sharing information, but also disadvantages such as privacy issues and cyberbullying. The document describes popular social networks including Instagram for sharing photos and videos; Facebook for connecting with friends and viewing posts; Twitter for sharing short messages; hashtags for grouping topics; Snapchat for sharing ephemeral photos and videos; WhatsApp for messaging; Ask for asking and answering questions; Periscope for live streaming video; and warns to be careful of hackers on social networks.
In today’s life, Social Media are so popular because teens can find their own, uninhibited voice online which they can share with friends. Maximum teenagers feel that the virtual world is safer and more secure than real-life and they can express themselves easier.

LAND USE LAND COVER AND NDVI OF MIRZAPUR DISTRICT, UPRAHUL
This Dissertation explores the particular circumstances of Mirzapur, a region located in the
core of India. Mirzapur, with its varied terrains and abundant biodiversity, offers an optimal
environment for investigating the changes in vegetation cover dynamics. Our study utilizes
advanced technologies such as GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and Remote sensing to
analyze the transformations that have taken place over the course of a decade.
The complex relationship between human activities and the environment has been the focus
of extensive research and worry. As the global community grapples with swift urbanization,
population expansion, and economic progress, the effects on natural ecosystems are becoming
more evident. A crucial element of this impact is the alteration of vegetation cover, which plays a
significant role in maintaining the ecological equilibrium of our planet.Land serves as the foundation for all human activities and provides the necessary materials for
these activities. As the most crucial natural resource, its utilization by humans results in different
'Land uses,' which are determined by both human activities and the physical characteristics of the
land.
The utilization of land is impacted by human needs and environmental factors. In countries
like India, rapid population growth and the emphasis on extensive resource exploitation can lead
to significant land degradation, adversely affecting the region's land cover.
Therefore, human intervention has significantly influenced land use patterns over many
centuries, evolving its structure over time and space. In the present era, these changes have
accelerated due to factors such as agriculture and urbanization. Information regarding land use and
cover is essential for various planning and management tasks related to the Earth's surface,
providing crucial environmental data for scientific, resource management, policy purposes, and
diverse human activities.
Accurate understanding of land use and cover is imperative for the development planning
of any area. Consequently, a wide range of professionals, including earth system scientists, land
and water managers, and urban planners, are interested in obtaining data on land use and cover
changes, conversion trends, and other related patterns. The spatial dimensions of land use and
cover support policymakers and scientists in making well-informed decisions, as alterations in
these patterns indicate shifts in economic and social conditions. Monitoring such changes with the
help of Advanced technologies like Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems is
crucial for coordinated efforts across different administrative levels. Advanced technologies like

Changes in vegetation cover refer to variations in the distribution, composition, and overall
structure of plant communities across different temporal and spatial scales. These changes can
occur natural.

2. Facebook
First known as FaceMash, is now
one of the biggest social media
networks, Facebook. Founded by
Mark Zuckerberg in July of 2003, is
a social media app that I, and
everyone I know uses.You can
share posts, pictures, videos, share
others posts, and you can even add
a “story” to your profile.
3. Snapchat
Snapchat is the most well known
social media network at the time.
It was founded by Evan Spiegel,
Bobby Murphy, and Reggie Brown
in September of 2011. Using
snapchat on a daily I can tell you
the basics and beginnings of using
it.You can send pictures, videos,
and messages to other people that
can be viewed in a certain amount
of time. You can also create a
bitmoji to look like you for your
user account.There are also
“stories” that you and other people
can upload and view all around the
world.
4. Instagram
Kevin Systrom, working for Facebook, has
also created Instagram. It was first
launched in October 2010, exclusive to IOS.
Now there are users all over the world.
Instagram is known for its photo and video
sharing network. You are able to share
pictures and videos to anyone or just your
friends. You can follow as many people as
you would like and see their posts as well.
