Individual Workweek Plan for Teachers and Non
Teaching Personnel will be submitted every Monday to
the school heads/principal
Principal/School Head will consolidate the IWP of school
personnel and submit the SWP every Thursday to the PSDS
The PSDS will check and approve the SWP and monitor
the implementation of the target deliverables within the
week

Guidelines on the Submission
The IDLAR for Teachers and Non Teaching Personnel
shall be submitted every Friday during School LAC to the
school heads/principal
Principal/School Head shall submit the IDLAR of the
School every Monday to the PSDS for validation and
safekeeping.
The PSDS shall submit the S/IWP & IDLAR of the school
together with the FORM 48 on or before every 8th day of
the following month.

Submission of Skeleton Workforce
All schools are required to submit Skeleton Workforce
base on applicable scheme stipulated in DO 11 s, 2020
Submission shall be done by District both Elementary and
Secondary schools:
To the Regional Director
DepEd Region IX
Thru: SDS
Deadline for submission is on or before September 3,
2020 C/O Antonio Ganub EPS 1-Office of the SGOD

Division of Zamboanga del Sur Department of Education www.depedzambosur.info Guidelines on the Submission The IDLAR for Teachers and Non Teaching Personnel shall be submitted every Friday during School LAC to the school heads/principal Principal/School Head shall submit the IDLAR of the School every Monday to the PSDS for validation and safekeeping. The PSDS shall submit the S/IWP & IDLAR of the school together with the FORM 48 on or before every 8th day of the following month.
