Smart Start of Folsom will hold a Halloween Festival on October 19th from 6-8 PM at their location at 101 Hazelmere Drive in Folsom. The $35 ticket for a family of 4 includes pizza, drinks, salad and unlimited access to game booths, with additional people costing $5 each. Activities will include arts and crafts, face painting, pumpkin painting and costumes are encouraged, with a canned food item donation reducing the family ticket price by $5.
